Our brief is designed to help you easily describe who you're looking for and what experience the Expert should bring to your team.
Step 1. Project Title and Description
Your project title is the first thing Experts see when they are browsing our platform for opportunities. Experts are really particular about Project Titles, as it ends up attached to their Completed Projects on their profile. We find that strong, compelling and interesting project titles get the most amount of interest from the most suitable talent in the network.
Step 2. Focus on your Ideal Expert criteria
Spend time detailing what your ideal candidate should encompass. This can be skills, experience, or even better, behavioural traits. Spending time getting this right will ensure your list of applicants will closely align with what you have in mind, making it easy to narrow down the applicants and speed up your time to hire.
Step 3: Select your sharing preferences
We recommend you share your project with the 'Expert360 Marketplace' to be seen by the widest audience in our network. As soon as you publish your project, our matching technology will alert the Experts that most closely align to your project requirements and you'll start receiving applications within a few hours. Your project will also be listed on our Open Projects for experts to see when they browse for opportunities.
If you select 'Don't share with Experts' your project will not be visible for Experts to find and you will need to manage all invitations yourself. This is often a good option for any really private projects.
