It all starts with your Expert360 Profile!

Soon after you join our community, you will be asked to create your unique Expert360 Profile. Think of this as your passport, showcasing you and your expertise. The Profile is critical for being found, so the more you invest in this, the higher chances you have.

You can login at any time from any device, browse our 'Open Projects', and apply to the ones that suit your skills and interests. Be sure to address the 'Ideal Consultant Criteria' and articulate how you've completed similar work in a similar business - that is what our clients really care about.

Once you've applied to a project, you have directly alerted the client who posted the project, as well as our supporting teams who help our clients with their talent decisions.

2. Get matched by our awesome technology

Once a Project is posted by our clients, the Expert360 platform uses clever technology to auto alert the top 30 matched consultants to this project. The algorithm draws from data in your profile, looks at how active you've been on our platform, and tries to match key words from the brief to your profile - so, the ways to improve your chances of hearing from projects is ensuring all of your key words for your expertise are well articulated.

To ensure you don't miss out on these matched projects, you can always login and Browse Projects at your convenience.

3. Hear from someone in our team

In addition to our clever matching tool, and the ability for you to login and browse projects, sometimes our projects need some extra horse power from our friendly Talent Support Team, who might email or call you directly about a project. This is because our marketplace moves really fast, and our clients count on us for a shortlist within 24 hours of a project being posted. So, be prepared to hear from our team every now and then about opportunities that may be of interest.

From there, our team will invite you to send an online application. Here's some tips on best practice applications.

Each of the above 3 ways will ask you to submit an online application through our platform, where you have an opportunity to articulate your fit for the project. Along with your application, the client will always see your Expert360 Profile (rather than a resume) so be sure it is one you are proud of.
