Why is it important to include my security clearance level in my profile?
We work with a number of clients with roles that require you to hold a clearance. By completing this section we can more easily match you to these roles.
Who can view my clearance level?
Until you apply for a specific role your profile and clearance information can only be seen be our team. By applying for a role through our platform you are giving permission to share your profile with our client and on your profile we only display your clearance level.
We do ask that you supply the expiry date and CISD. This information is available to our internal team and used to ensure you are eligible for a role. We only share your CISD with clients when you reach the final stages of the hiring process and we check with you at that time before sharing.
Will including my clearance level guarantee that I will be selected for projects?
Winning work starts with a great profile. While including your clearance level increases your chances of matching to roles that require a clearance, it does not guarantee selection. It is definitely worth applying to roles we match you too and it is one factor among many that clients consider when making their hiring decisions.
How do add or update my clearance level ?
Complete the clearance section of your profile to add a clearance.
The expiry date and CISD are not mandatory but speed up the process when you get to the final stages of the hiring process.
