Our Interview Stage is designed to take suitable looking applicants to the next stage of the process. It doesn't matter if you are looking to have a casual call, coffee or more formal interview, this is the step designed to get to know the applicant better. We recommend you start with an initial call to discuss your project and needs in more detail.

Once you click the 'Select to Interview' button, contact details of the applicant will be revealed. Experts will be informed that you'd like to interview them and that they should be on standby, however they don't have your details so it's up to you to initiate the contact via a call or a message via our platform. They will be expecting to hear from you.

The Interview Stage is designed to:

  • Ensure that your expert is clear on what you'd like to achieve

  • Understand how they would approach the work and ask questions

  • Clarify and agree the key elements of your project

  • Ask what their fee would be to do your project

The best way to end this Interview Stage is to inform the Expert of what the next steps might be, and provide a rough time frame.
