We make it easy to view and manage all your projects in one location. Each time you log in you'll see an update on how your recently posted project is tracking, and how many applications you’ve received. Depending on the urgency of your project we recommend you check in at least once a day.

From 'My Projects' click on ‘Interested Experts’ to start reviewing your applicants, which will display the most recent applications on the top. Expand the cards to read the full application or click on the Expert's Name to view their Expert360 Profile, which is very much their digital CV.

Use the 'Select to Interview' button to start connecting with suitable looking Experts that you are interested in  proceeding with. Clicking this button will reveal their contact information on your screen. Our platform then sends the Expert an alert to let them know you are interested in connecting, and that they should expect to hear from you.

Keep in mind - only you have their details, they don't have yours, so you should initiate the call or send them a message to set up a time - they will be expecting to hear from you.

If you receive an application from someone you don't think is a good fit you can narrow down your list by clicking 'Decline' to inform them they are not successful. This lets you focus on the Experts you are most interested in, and makes the review stage a lot easier.
